This will be your future job
- Development and implementation of automation strategies to optimize logistics efficiency and scalability
- Definition of deliverables, tracking of milestones, and risk management to keep projects on course
- Acting as a key liaison between engineering, operations, procurement, and external partners
- Supplier and technology evaluation, tendering support, long-term partnership development for manufacturing expansion
- Conducting feasibility studies, analyzing ROI, and supporting leadership in investment decisions
- Preparation of high-quality reports and compelling presentations for senior management and investors

Impress us with your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in logistics operations and project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale logistics projects, including automation initiatives
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics automation technologies is highly desirable
- Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create visually compelling presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
