Whistleblower system
ABLE GROUP companies are committed to comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and procedures in all their business dealings. Our 'Speak-up' culture, advocated by senior management, supports this commitment.
Compliance is the prerequisite and the overriding principle for all ABLE GROUP activities, its management and employees. This ensures our 'licence to operate' and our trustful and credible relationships with our customers and business partners.
The following compliance categories receive special attention:
- Anti-corruption
- Anti-discrimination
- Antitrust Law
- Human Rights
- Trade Controls
- Data Protection and Information Security
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Environmental Protection
Our corporate principles are outlined in the ABLE GROUP Code of Conduct.
If any action or behaviour which is or appears to be inconsistent with our stated commitment comes to your attention (for example misconduct, questionable practices or deviation from laws, policies and procedures), we encourage you to 'speak-up' and report this to us. This is possible as an employee, a customer, an external partner, a supplier’s employee in the supply chain or as someone differently involved with the ABLE GROUP.
We emphasise fairness in dealing with whistleblowers and employees who are affected by an allegation. Therefore, please use the system responsibly. Moreover, defamation and violation of personal and data protection rights have no place here.
Since we value open communication, we encourage you to provide us with your name and contact details. This gives us the opportunity to follow up on your notifications as effectively as possible.
Reporting channels where you can ‘speak-up’
We expect whistleblowers to notify us exclusively in good faith and with good intentions. As an employee, we encourage you to report any matters directly to your contact person at the ABLE GROUP.
