From application to dream project
Once you have submitted your application documents to us, and your professional qualifications are what we’re currently looking for, you can expect contact from the Recruitment Department. We’ll arrange an initial get-to-know-you phone / online or F2F.
We will then send an anonymised profile to our customers. If the requirements and interests of the client and candidate match up, we will arrange an online meeting with the customer, in some cases a F2F meeting might be necessary. If there is an interest on both sides, it will then lead to the enrolment process at FERCHAU Poland based on the chosen cooperation model.
