Dein Aufgabengebiet

Lead the design and development of industrial automation systems for Heaten, including hands-on software development when required.
Build and manage a high-performing team of control system experts, including programmers, electrical engineers, and technicians.
Define and oversee the technological roadmap for automation systems and digital solutions, incorporating advancements like AI and data analytics in partnership with the CTO.
Select and implement the most effective control system tools and equipment to meet project and operational requirements.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of software development with process design, mechanical design, and digitalization requirements.

Dein Profil

A technical degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in a relevant discipline.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities to effectively lead a diverse team.
At least 5 years of professional experience, including leadership roles.
Practical expertise in test applications, installation, and commissioning processes.
In-depth knowledge of real-time control system design and operation.
Extensive experience in developing electrical systems, instrumentation, and advanced industrial automation software.
Familiarity with traditional automation platforms like Siemens S7 (a plus).
Proficiency in modern PLC programming languages and tools (e.g., CoDeSys).
Competency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., C# or C++).
Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
Fluent English skills, with German language proficiency being highly advantageous for internal and erxternal communication.
